Small Group Training- $60/month or 8 sessions

She earned her personal training certificate with AFAA and has nine years of experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains. Assistant Director, 珍妮森格莉, has several years of training and teaching experience.  Her passion for fitness stems from a personal quest to stay fit and train the body both physically and mentally.  Jeanne’s style is high intensity interval training modified for all levels and her specialty is 核心工作 using a variety of equipment and techniques.  Jeanne graduated from UNCW and obtained her Masters of Education degree in Health and Kinesiology from the University of Texas.  She holds certifications in Personal Training, Group Exercise Instruction, 瑜伽, 硫氧还蛋白, 阿卡, 旋转, 和SilverSneakers.  在课堂上或个人训练中, 珍妮集成校准, 核心工作, 有氧运动, and proper muscle control to help achieve customized goals never doing the same thing twice.
